Today, the Stop Killing Games movement just landed a massive win — the Polish government is officially getting involved.
Weronika Smarduch, from Poland’s Ministry of Digital Affairs, raised the issue in the Sejm (Parliament), sparking an official discussion about protecting digital consumer rights. And the message is clear: if you buy a game, you should get to keep it. Period.
With over 1 million EU citizens backing the initiative — including nearly 150,000 from Poland — this is no longer a fringe issue. It’s a movement. And it’s forcing lawmakers to act.
