She is alone, sobbing silent tears of anger and anguish. She feels worthless. Hopeless. Lost. You think you don’t know them — but you do. They pass by you all the time, in hallways, in classrooms, and in life. They live in poverty, and in wealth, near you. They are the children and youth of our world. But they don’t need our pity. They need our help.

Dr. Manny Scott shares his own story of overcoming despair and offers a solution to help young people facing similar challenges. By creating a culture where every child feels safe, seen, and loved, we can equip them with tools to achieve their dreams and turn their stories around. Through listening, learning, believing, and challenging, we can move them from trauma to healing, from despair to hope, and from dreams to plans. Let's work together to turn the page for our youth and help them become solutions to the problems of their generation
