Описание: Robert Bosnak, PsyA, is a Jungian psychoanalyst who graduated from the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich in 1977. He pioneered the Embodied Imagination method, and his current interest is focused on exploring Embodied Intelligence (MQ). Here he explains that psychologists, such as Carl G. Jung and James Hillman (and himself), are interested in alchemy because it provides many useful metaphors for human transformation. He points to the history of alchemy as instrumental in our understanding of science and medicine. He discusses such concepts as the philosopher's stone, the alchemical marriage, and purification. He expresses curiosity with regard to seemingly credible reports of transmutation of lead into gold.
