In psychiatry, Intermittent Explosive Disorder (abbreviated as IED) denotes a behavioral disorder characterized by outbursts of anger and/or violence, including rage that is disproportionate to the situation at hand. Impulsive aggression is not premeditated and is defined as a disproportionate reaction to any provocation, real or perceived.

An IED is also an explosive device that is home-made by terrorist organizations or isolated individuals.

The track deals with the underlying bipolarity of everyone. A bipolarity that can explode, in every sense of the word.

Basically the main idea of the song was to start on an ultra brutal grind and after 10 minutes of rehearsals the central part was found and the song became what it is now. A track in line with how Nostromo currently sounds: more direct, with still syncopated parts. The working title was “Spokytokélabouèbouett”. We would be happy to offer a disc to the first who explains why.
