In this episode David begins his journey in Malton- Yorkshire's Food Capital. From there he cycles along the Market Town Cycling Route, taking in peaceful countryside to Pickering. Once there he hops aboard the Coastliner, voted Britain's most scenic bus route.
He stops at Lockton to meet Michael and Andrew, owners of Lockton Tea Rooms and discovers the many talents and treasures within this small community.
