Описание: The vehicle came to our garage with soft top symptom that the soft top (roof) was not operating (not opening).
After initial check and getting information from the customer, the customer explained to us that the car was involved in accident, and the car was hit by third party from behind and this impact deployed the rear seat head restraint to fully extended position.
so this is the nature of the vehicle while the rear head restraint are in extended position the roof closing and opening switch will not close and open the roof, in this episode or part we have shown you how to remove rear seat head restraint roll bar Squibs, reset head restraint roll bar mechanically, reinstall the head restraint roll bar also the following DTCs were stored in the Airbag module too : A71D, A718, 9C76, 9C58, 9C3A.
in next coming episode we are going to rectify these faults without renewing the restraint roll bar Squibs.
