I love burgers!! If I go out anywhere to eat and there is a burger on the menu, chances are I’ll order it!!
My burger philosophy is the simple is good. Stick with the classics that make so many burgers good.
This lamb burger is just that. Simple ingredients that are easy to get and cost effective.
To make four of these burgers you’ll need:
Lamb patties:
Around 750g minced lamb
1 tablespoon dried garlic granules
½ tablespoon smoked paprika
½ tablespoon mustard powder
Salt and pepper
Whipped Feta:
200g feta cheese
250g cream cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
Olive oil
Ground white pepper
Burger fillings:
Shredded Lettuce
Sliced Tomato
Burger Buns
