Hell's Halls is my final answer on what an average guy like me can do with the BASIC built into ROM on the TI-99/4 and TI-99/4A. A cassette game written for the unexpanded TI-99, I think it shows the TI-99 and TI BASIC really could do some pretty great stuff for their era, with a bit of effort.

But the Main Quest on Side A of Hell's Halls can be downloaded free here and requires that the CALL FILES(1) and NEW commands be used, if a disk controller is installed: https://pixelpedant.com/hh/HALLS-MAIN...
Such that the loading procedure would be:
1) Boot the TI-99
2) Select TI BASIC (not Extended BASIC)
3) Type CALL FILES(1) and press Enter.
4) Type NEW and press Enter.
5) Type OLD CS1 and press Enter to load from cassette.
If loading in Classic99, select menu items Disk🡆Tape🡆Load/Rewind Tape to select the WAV file and Disk🡆Tape🡆Play Tape to play.
