De Koninklijke Militaire Kapel "Johan Willem Friso" en een erewacht bestaande uit een commandant en twee detachementen van de Koninklijke Marechaussee, marcheerden op woensdagochtend 9 oktober 2019, vanaf de Koninklijke Stallen voor het eerst weer naar de voorzijde van het Paleis Noordeinde in Den Haag. ( 2 jaar lang werd de ceremonie aan de achterzijde van het paleis gehouden i.v.m. herinrichting van het Noordeinde). Daar vond de overhandiging plaats van de geloofsbrieven aan de Koning van achtereenvolgens de ambassadeur van de Republiek Guatemala, Z.E. Jorge Skinner-Klée Arenales, de ambassadeur van Japan, Z.E. Hidehisa Horinouchi en de ambassadeur van Canada, H.E. Lisa Helfand.
Na een eresaluut van vier roffels en het volkslied van het land van de ambassadeur volgde een inspectie van de erewacht, waarna de ambassadeur met gevolg binnentrad. Na afloop van de ceremonie marcheerden Kapel en Erewacht weer terug naar de Koninklijke Stallen.

On Wednesday morning, October 9th 2019, the Royal Netherlands Army Band KMK "Johan Willem Friso" and a "guard of honour" , consisting of a commander and two detachments of the Marechaussee (Royal Militarily Police) , marched from the Royal Stables to the Royal Palace "Noordeinde" in The Hague. There was the presentation of the ambassador’s letters of credence to H.M. the King of the Netherlands, Willem-Alexander of successively the ambassador of the Republic of Guatemala, H.E. Jorge Skinner-Klée Arenales, the ambassador of Japan, H.E. Hidehisa Horinouchi and the ambassador of Canada, H.E. Mrs. Lisa Helfand.
After a salute of four drum-rolls and the National Anthem of the Ambassador's country, an inspection of the "Guard of honour" was followed, after which the Ambassador entered the palace.
After the ceremony, the Military Band and "Guard of honour" marched back to the Royal Stables
