"To say this is the most unique class of cadets I have ever had the pleasure of teaching would be, well, not entirely honest, but they do rank in the top five. Among them a Hologram and an Android a Klingon one Human and an Andorian who has such a knack for unusual engineering that I fear he may be either the death or savior of some crew in the future. It is graduation day and as is tradition, despite what Lt. Commander Varick would say is illogical, I am sending the cadets to "Rescue" Lt. Varick from the dark side of the moon after an biological incident in the moon base there. It should be a quick trip there and back just a little pop and circumstance to get the cadets excited before receiving their first ship assignments. I look forward to shaking each and every one of their hands as they walk across the stage.
