I was joined by Dr. Cindy Blackstock, head of the First Nations Child and Family Caring Society, who answered some of your questions about the agreement.

The draft FSA is officially called: Final Agreement on Long-Term Reform of the First Nations Child and Family Services Program Agreement between the Assembly of First Nations, the Chiefs of Ontario, the Nishnawbe Aski Nation and the Attorney General of Canada (representing the Minister of Indigenous Services Canada).
