Inner Amara

In the last weeks, I have been with various people who have asked and agreed to come into observation as there have been inner dance coursework in the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, India bringing much of this together once again in a retreat that gathered three communities in South East Asia in the forest of KL on the last day of my own travels. In one of the sessions, I asked Amara to elaborate on an energy principle I have been co-discovering with her as I facilitated this thing called an "assemblage point," a part of the body and mind where the energy collects and releases.

An assemblage point is a part of you where energy and ego can be constructed and deconstructed. In the case of the lady in this video, the energy moves up and down the volunteer's heart and her throat.

Inner Amara

I have been watching the being who resides in Singapore called Amara, a former actress and many other things and is now constantly holding space for Inner Dance Singapore; and as I watch her die and re-birth, with little attachment, or expectation, but with much excitement, I see each high and downturn is leading her closer to her home, constantly. It is an instance where the opening doesn't close off too quickly as it sometimes easily does in judgment.

I believe I've witnessed a certain birth just now. Being with her three weeks ago in Singapore, and then seeing her in India, and once more in Kuala Lumpur, I see persons as I see all people. In the clarity of their energy channel. My hands are in fact eyes as they are a language system. And when I touch people in certain parts of their bodies, I can hear them better through energy flow more than in the words that they say.

In Amara's case, I speak to her body in the way that my body knows clarity. Beyond mental concept, this is a more vibratory way of speaking to people. A more objective way. A way that goes beyond names, worries, judgment, how people look like and how much money they do or don't have. Amara used to ask me to conduct a session many months ago that would align her body into enlightened state. I do not do this, it is the body itself that uses me once it is ready.

There was this one session three weeks ago that I did with Amara when I saw her stop breathing while my finger was at the back of her neck. He spirit had risen and her consciousness so absolutely expanded that right then and there, she was given the choice to be One, so long had she been seeking for it. In other words, death and rebirth could have taken place. I have seen it happen before. Moments later, I pressed points in her face and she breathed again, her spirit once again conjoining with her body.

And in the next weeks in India and in Malaysia, there was an evident change that came upon her. A change that isn't brought about by inner dance process but is nonethless accelerating what she is working on in the rest of her waking life when she is not meditating or doing yoga or doing healing.

Which is Seeing really. That's what I see in Amara. A Seer - one who knows the primary power of Seeing. And as I knew along that she chooses to See me as I chose to See her, we have come to this mutual knowing of something happening in the world through both our bodies as instruments, as we watch so many others undergo the transition to their own lightness.
