AGR dues case: Supreme court adjourns hearing for third week of July

Описание: The Supreme Court has adjourning hearing in the crucial Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) case. It has asked telecom companies to file revenue, paid tax details of the past decade. It has also told Telcos that they must come up with reasonable payment plan and need guarantees by them to ensure they abide by payment plan. Vodafone Idea expressed its inability to give a bank guarantee since they had posted losses for several quarters.
