City gets tons of feedback over Harborplace plans

Since plans were unveiled a month ago for a reinvented Harborplace, Baltimore City residents have had something to say. As the project progresses, the Baltimore Planning Commission examined three bills related to the plans. Plans include a conjoined residential tower on Light Street with a stepped-down design to maximize water views. The building will include approximately 900 living units, retail and commercial space. Developers said the design adds almost 5 acres of new park and public space, including 1.4 acres of a new promenade and an ampitheater.
