70 ग्राम मेथी के ताजे पत्ते (Fenugreek Leaf)
1 कटोरी गेहूं का आटा (Wheat flour)
आधी कटोरी बेसन / मक्का का आटा (besan / Corn flour)
5 ts तेल (oil)
1 ts हींग (Asafoetida )
1 ts कलौंजी (Nigella)
1 ts अजवाइन (celery)
1/1 ts सफेद तिल (sesema seed)
1 ts काली मिर्च पाउडर (black pepper Powder)
1 ts अमचूर पाउडर (Aamchoor powder)
1/1 ts लाल मिर्च पाउडर (Red chilli powder)
1/1 ts हल्दी पाउडर (Turmeric Powder)
1 inch अदरक (Gingar)
1 लहसुन (Garlic)
4 हरिमिर्च (green chillies)
धनिया का पत्ता (optional)
आधी कटोरी दही (curd)
पानी (Water)
1 ts चम्मच बैंकिंग सोडा (baking soda)
नमक स्वादानुसार (Salt to taste)
