Speaking at the 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐯 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭, 2025 held on 25th April in Jaipur, in conversation with Nijhum Rudra of Elets Technomedia, she spoke about Karmayogi Bharat—a Section 8 company mandated to develop, maintain, and operate the IGOT platform. With over 96 lakh government employees onboarded and more than 2,300 curated courses available, the platform is enabling learning that is continuous, scalable, and highly relevant to today’s governance needs.

Highlighting the power of technology in public sector training, she noted that Karmayogi Bharat is fostering a future-ready bureaucracy through adaptive, tech-driven learning ecosystems.
