0:37 1 Standing straight and following step by step instructions, practice the loop. Reach your hands to the sky and then throw them and the paddle forwards drawing a half circle in the air with your hands. Bend forwards all the way. Next, fold your wrists forward and lean all the way back with both your body and the paddle at the same time until you end up leaning backward. Practice with and without the paddle.

and stay leaning forwards on the bow, let the water take your bow and try to complete a fully vertical end falling in upside down.

here – sitting in the basic position, push your feet down and try to complete an ender in the basic position.
4:14 14 Do a proper plug as above. Once your boat becomes vertical, look at the sky after your boat starts to move upwards. Then throw your hands up, drawing the half circle in the air moving forwards and downwards moving directly into the leaning forward position and kicking the rotation for the boat. Finally, fold your wrists forward and lean all the way back with both your body and the paddle at the same time until you end up laying on the stern. You will then come back up to the basic position.
