Winters councilmember gets probation, community service in illegal guns case

Описание: A Winters city council member has agreed to a plea deal with the Yolo County District Attorney’s Office that reduced felony gun charges to misdemeanors. Richard Casavecchia on Wednesday pleaded no contest to two counts of possessing an assault weapon and was ordered to be on probation for a year and do 100 hours of community service, the DA’s office said.
