This recipe is super special to me because this is how my mom makes it at home. This is my way of recreating the recipe that I have grown-up eating for you!

(Bharwan Bhindi Masala)
Prep Time – 10 min
Cooking Time – 25 min
Serves – 4

Ingredients:
Okra (भिंडी) (slit & trimmed) – 206gm
Small Onion (छोटा प्याज़) - 100 gm
Oil (तेल) – 2 tbsp
Dry red chilli (सूखी लाल मिर्च) – 2-4 pc
Asafoetida (हींग) – 1 pinch
 
For Stuffing:
Turmeric (हल्दी) – ¾ tbsp
Chilli powder (लाल मिर्च) – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder (धनिया) – 1 tbsp
Cumin powder (जीरा) – ¼ tsp
Fenugreek leaves powder (कसूरी मेथी) – ¼ tsp
Fennel powder (सौंफ) – ½ tsp
Raw mango grated (कच्ची कैरी) -  ¾ cup
Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) – 2 tbsp
Salt (नमक) – 1 tsp
Kala Namak (Black Salt) – ¼ tsp
 
Tossing:
Raw Mango (कच्चा आम), Chopped – 1 tbsp
