Will Velida: Building Agents with C#

Описание: On an evening in July 2025, Will Velida explained to us the different types of AI agents, and how to use the frameworks available for them with C# (as opposed to Python, which is used in most examples for these services).
He explained to us how agents work and gave us some impressive demonstrations, all in C# and .NET.
He showed us how to build agents using Semantic Kernel and the Azure AI Foundry, and also how to work with the M365 Agent SDK using Copilot Studio..

Will is a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, where he works in the Industry Solutions Engineering team.
This allows him to work alongside customers to deliver great outcomes on Azure, building Microsoft technologies.

Will has extensive experience in software development, building solutions in the financial, health and agricultural industries.
Will has been Microsoft MVP focused on Kubernetes and OpenSOurce.

Will regularly speaks at conferences, user groups and developer events around the world. He has an own youtube channel (   / willvelida  ) and is a former Rugby player. When he is away from his keyboard, you'll find him hiking around the countryside.
