On the afternoon of Monday the 27th of October, I took one of the Jeeps out on my annual "Colours of Autumn" drive, taking a 35 mile route around the country lanes of County Durham. It turned out to be a 3 hour drive with around twenty stops for photos amongst the Autumn trees.
The colours may have been slightly better in a weeks time, but the trip was between storms and I had doubts whether there would be many leaves left if I held off on the trip for much longer.
