This video follows five winter campers on a trip into Nopiming Provincial Park in January of 2015. This was a group trip arranged by regional members on the forums at wintertrekking.com.
The main focus of this video was route selection and how to make the best of it when you plans have to change due to a change in expected conditions. With all the trip members being experienced in navigation and exploring the backcountry frequent discussion as to the route was had to obtain general agreement on the travel goals.
Baking a cake in the hot tent against a wood stove is shown as well as a nice look at the scenery on the Seagrim Lake route.
