A rare song used in the bathroom tile cave layouts. While the main Tile cave theme's choice was to go an unsettling route, this one is quite chill! It features a floaty irregular 7/4 time signature, and synthesizers thrown through a wah filter. In the game code, Totaka puts the comment "Jellyfish floating in the dark" next to this theme, so it's likely this song is also specifically written with the glowing, and gently hovering Jellyfloats in mind.

The music will activate extra instruments depending on the game state:

More things can affect the music too but aren't demonstrated in the video, such as the rhythm changing when swapping between characters, the tempo decreasing when low on health, and instruments intentionally skipping notes if the player's Pikmin squad gets a huge bite taken out of it (the music will begin to sound like it has "holes" in it).

Pikmin 2's cave music also infinitely, randomly generates! It uses a "gesture" system: instruments in a specific song pull basic sequences of notes from a gesture bank and play them, also sometimes at random times according to some extra defined rules. (You can think of it like a folder containing a ton of tiny MIDI files of few notes, which are then randomly puzzle-pieced together, infinitely)

Instrument ramblings (Feel free to ignore):
The 7-note gesture played on the Rhodes here is neat, with random notes sustaining.
The saw-wave here is proof Totaka isn't just using the default presets on his Yamaha MOTIF, but is going out of his way to make unique sounds on it, like the weird decaying saw-wave sound in Hole of Heroes/Citadel of Spiders. To make this, create a patch with the basic saw waveform, and just give it the standard auto-wah effect. Boom, you have the jellyfloat pool sound!.. OK, it does need just a little tweaking. If I remember correctly, the LFO speed just needs to be a tad faster, and resonance and cutoff adjusted as well.
The baritone saxophone for the treasure mix basically has the exact same effect applied. Like the saw wave, this isn't one of the default patches, but it's very clearly the standard baritone sax waveform the MOTIF comes with.
The sounds making up the task and enemy mixes are unknown for now, but I just love the way the enemy mix sounds here. It's so cool! It's the same main instrument used in the Emergence Cave's standard theme, just spiced up with some vibrato and detuned. It's playing the same 7-note gesture as the rhodes, but its playing a couple notes behind, and its also transposed down 5 semitones. This works so great, even with an irregular time signature.
The drum kit, surprise!.. Is from the MOTIF too. This is the only acoustic drum kit from the MOTIF Totaka uses in Pikmin 2, if you're not counting the sampled drum break stuff used in Hole of Heroes and Burnt Burrow. Some Concrete caves have drum kits too but they aren't from the MOTIF unfortunately. The cymbals sound pretty great in their original stereo quality, though I don't quite like how you can still hear that the sample cuts off early. In a full mix this isn't really a problem, but because Pikmin 2's songs can be pretty quiet, that's not as easy to hide. But this more of a me problem, because I doubt Totaka cared since samples need to be farted through nasty compression anyway to fit them in the game.
