2750 Sq. Ft Casa Cajuí House Design follow Natural Forest Features with Sustainability

Описание: Located on a plot of land bordering an environmental protection area, Casa Cajuí was built among several existing trees to take advantage of their shade and the views between the outdoor green areas and the preserved areas on the land.

The shape of the house was defined by the existing natural features and allowed for a different typology to be explored, as the private and office areas are located in the foreground, close to the street.

While the social areas are located at the back of the lot, slightly elevated to function as a viewpoint over the green area at the rear, while the covered outdoor living space becomes the central space of the house.
This spatial organization helps to blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces and encourages a type of outdoor living.
