Reports include the eleventh phase of an ongoing review of the Council’s land and property assets in accordance with the Asset Management Plan. This phase of the Land Holdings Review covers one site in Wirksworth and 2 sites in Ashbourne.
There are reports too on the Internal Audit Plan 2026/27 and the external auditor's Annual Report.
The Committee will also be presented with a report outlining the final report and recommendations of the Scrutiny Committee following a review of the Council’s processes for consultation and engagement.
Also up for debate is a report providing an update on the Public Sector Equality Duty, which requires the District Council to consider how its policies, the decisions it takes, and the services and other functions it delivers, affect people from different protected groups.
