//Non-Alcoholic Rainbow Drink Recipe//

orange juice
red syrup (follow this recipe to make your own with just a packet of kool aid! https://tastefullyfrugal.org/3-ingred... )
club soda dyed with blue food coloring

Why does this work?!
Layered drinks are all about the density of the drink! The more sugar in the drink, it will fall to the bottom. So you will want to layer your drink with the most sugar on the bottom, and the drink with the least amount of sugar is on the top.

Steps:

1. Prepare your red syrup ahead of time. Follow the recipe above to make your own. (make sure the kool aid color you use is red) Or buy your own strawberry or cherry syrup at the store. (These are usually found with the mixers in the liquor store)
2. Pour your orange juice into your glass and fill it half full.
3. Take your red syrup, and while using a spoon, pour the red syrup down the side of the glass using the spoon to make your syrup fall even slower down the side. The heavier red syrup will fall to the bottom of the glass. (If you pour too fast or pour down the middle, the colors will mix in stead of staying separated)
4. Use a toothpick to mix in a little bit of blue food coloring to dye your club soda a nice deep blue color. (Too light of blue color will not create a green color when the yellow and blue mix.)
5. Use a spoon to pour the blue down the side of the glass, just like the red syrup. This time the blue will sit on top.
