Its hard to overeat f it as its rich in protein and is so satisfying and nourishing and I have a video of it for you as well.

1 min Recipe: Truffles and Cream Chicken Breast

skinless boneless chicken breast
several cups of spinach
couple tablespoons of canned truffles and cream (I used Urbani canned ones that i got at Eataly) You can get fresh ones perhaps. You can use fresh truffles or any other mushrooms you like and mix them with any other low fat cheese like: ricotta, mozarella, cottage cheese, itlian low fat cheese or some
yogurt thats low in sugar.
also you'll need a griller good mood! ;)

Directions: Turn on the grill or preheat oven to 400lay seasoned chicken on the grill plate (season w pepper or any other spice you like and have). Spray the grill with 0 oil spray or tap w olive oil grill chicken until no longer pink, do not overcook so it becomes dry.mix frozen spinach with couple tablespoons or creamed truffles mix or any other mix made from a low fat cheese and mushrooms. Add the spinach to the grill plate and let them throughly heat up, or you can also add them to the pan and and heat them up. (worst case scenario - microwaving this whole thing can work for a quick at work meal). Adjust portion size to your liking. Enjoy everyday~
