[Holotomography] CAR T-cells attacking a cancer cell

Описание: Human leukemia cells (K562) were placed in a fluidic-chamber slide with media and CAR T-cells perfused through. We captured a label-free time-lapse (1 image every minute for 60 minutes) video showing the moment of interaction between these two cells.

Since HT can image moving cells clearly and rapidly (0.4 image/sec) even in a microfluidic environment with flow, it is highly expected to contribute to the latest research in immunology.
