ElasticOps Copilot – Evidence-Gated AI Support Automation

It detects incidents in real time using ES|QL, triages tickets with hybrid search (BM25 + kNN vectors), applies Reciprocal Rank Fusion (RRF) for ranking, and enforces evidence-gated actions to prevent hallucinated AI responses.
