I had low cost normally open magnetic reed switch but my project needs normally closed magnetic switch. Finally, I found a solution for my little project and want to share it with youtube audience.
You may think why not use hall effect sensor switch?
The answer is this circuit drain battery lower than hall effect sensor switch if you use Darlington transistor.
All you need for this hack:
BD 139 transistor
10 kilo-ohms resistor
if you want to use darling-ton transistor check beta of a transistor and change suitable resistor, the higher gain the lower power consumption.
