Garmin Connect App loses steps. Steps don't align with watch.

I have a vivoactive 3. Garmin refuses to acknowledge this problem that there users are losing steps everyday.
I sync numerous times before bed and the Step count does not match my watch. Its so ridiculous that a big company can't fix their app and server to align to the watch steps.
FYI, I have reset my watch numerous times. reinstalled the app numerous times. Logged out of my account and back in numerous times. Connected the watch to Garmin Express via the computer and still the step. count does not align with my watch and I lose steps everyday.
I will aim to post daily my screen recordings.
