Dobinsons IMS and MRR Adjustable Front Struts - How to Set Coil Seat Height

This video shows the unboxing of a set and how to set the coil seat height during the initial install, as well as how to adjust them later.

In this video, we go over what is include with a set of these adjustable height struts, including the tools and pieces needed to set them up. Then using the owners manual that comes with them, it tells us what the coil seat height setting is for the vehicle they will go onto. This applies the same to both IMS and MRR or MRA struts. Setting the coil seat height properly is crucial, and making sure it is done correctly is why we made this video. Without the correct setting of the coil seat, the lift heights achieved will be different than expected. Many people get these steps wrong during the assembly, so please pay close attention. This is not hard at all, just takes a few moments, and then you can add the coil springs and top mounts on like normal.
