How to hold your scissors while cutting hair.
It's really important that you get a grasp on this to get the best results. So, scissors. You put your thumb in the bottom hole, and your index finger in the top, and your little finger would rest on this safety bar that they have through here. When you're cutting hair, it's really important that you don't move both your top part of your hands and your thumb at the same time. What you want to do is keep this very straight and, literally, just move your thumb, so what you get is a really nice, straight angle from the scissor and a lot more control over the hair by just using that one blade.
