Throwing it back to last year's Chhath puja in Janakpur. We visited Adi's hometown Janakpur to celebrate the festival dedicated to sun god for protecting and nurturing life on earth. We fasted and ate only vegetarian meals for the puja, indulged in Laxmi misthan ko mithai, firecrackers and explored the mandir and lakes.
