Release Info:
The single "Stargaze" is a debut appearance for Sunn Jellie in Intricate Cuts, although the attentive followers of the label have already noticed the original version in the tracklist of Intricate Records' special compilation issued by the time of the label family's participation in the annual Amsterdam Dance Event music conference in late 2013. Besides that, quite a long time ago the Ukrainian producer did a remix of "Two Worlds" by Sergey Tkachev and also managed to get featured in the Christmas 2014 sampler of the Russian progressive label. This frenzied activity of course became noticed by the label audience and team, as a result a full-featured single by the artist will see the light of day on Intricate Cuts. The original production, "Stargaze", is a slow-motion dreamy audio-mantra which sends the listener to the far edges of the galaxy into an impressively long journey. The happy people were so glad to hear this track - they made a special fan-video consisting of sci-fi movies, automotive footage and magnificent images of the night sky shot using the timelapse technology. The remixes by the Dutch trio Envotion and Russian musician Cosmonaut are a slightly different story which is about more dancefloor-friendly sound and adjusted higher tempo. Every participant involved put a special touch on "Stargaze" through the prism of the own sound: Envotion have built a soft progressive track while Cosmonaut combined the main theme with a livelier techno beat.
