The Plasser and Theurer Continuous Action Tamper (CAT) 09-16 is alive once again after nearly four years of being inactive.
I last spotted this non-rail revenue equipment at Tutuban station Track 5 on June 12, 2019, since then it was stored inside Caloocan Workshops and remained unused.
