#MorningMatters | Batangas 2nd district Rep. Gerville Luistro said a probe will be conducted on the extradition request for detained pastor Apollo Quiboloy due to unclear provisions in the 1994 Philippine-U.S. Extradition Treaty and the Philippine Extradition Law of 1977.
The DFA, OSG, NSC, and PNP are expected to be invited to the probe.
