✅ GAJAR KA HALWA – Easy & Perfect Recipe (English)
Ingredients
Carrots: 1 kg, peeled & grated
Milk: 1 full glass
Sugar: 1 cup (or to taste)
Green cardamom: 8–9
Homemade milk cream (malai): 1 cup
Desi ghee or butter: 1 cup
Khoya: As needed
Almonds: for garnish

⭐ Method (Easy English)
1. Peel, wash, and grate all the carrots.
2. Add the grated carrots to a large pot.
3. Pour in 1 glass of milk and mix well.
4. Now add sugar, green cardamom, homemade cream, and desi ghee or butter.
5. Cook the mixture on medium–low heat for 1 to 2 hours until the carrots become soft and the milk dries.
6. When the halwa is almost done, lightly sauté it (halki bhunai).
7. Add khoya, mix, and cook for a few more minutes.
8. Turn off the heat and garnish with almonds and extra khoya.
Your delicious Gajar ka Halwa is ready to serve!
