• Flat dumbbell chest press

Superset:
• High Incline upper chest press
3 sets of 10 reps
• Low to high dumbbell chest fly
3 sets of 15 reps
60 sec rest
• Incline smith-machine chest press
5 sets of 15 reps
45-60 sec rest
