Clacky Switch Endgame? | Keygeek B1 | Switch Dive w/Neo60 Core

Описание: Today were gonna checkout the Keygeek B1 which could be considered the ultimate clack lovers dream in terms of switch sound profile. Let's break down the specs and then get into my thoughts.

Sound: So like I said in the opening of the description these are what you could consider clacky endgame. They are LOUD, BRIGHT, AND IN YOUR FACE. What I know some folks absolutely LOVE in a switch. This is largely due to the 50% of fiberglass added to the bottom housing that coupled with the strengthened POM stem it lets the bottom out really ring the proverbial bell. Now I will say sound wise they are actually a bit much for me. They are kinda so clacky it is almost shrill sounding with certain combinations of keycaps and plate. To the point where I pretty much preferred all combinations of KKB compared to GMK as I find it to be to loud for me personally.

Feel: Short but sweet here. The B1 has a nice smooth travel and an overall pretty soft bottom out for a long pole imo. They are a little bit on the heavier side at a 55G bottom out but I would say they are still fairly comfortable to type on for extended periods of time, but they are for sure encroaching the heavy side of linear switches. With a 21mm long spring the B1 has a nice snappy return on the upstroke which is one of my favorites.

QC: The B1 has a solid factory lubing and none of my switches were overubed or mushy. There is no audible leaf tick or spring ping that I noticed during my testing with them.
