Baby Squid in Olive Oil, eaten with rice or with beer, or any drink of your choice. It cooks in less than 5 minutes. If you can cook adobo you can make this. In fact, this is easier than adobo.

INGREDIENTS:
500 gr baby squid
4-6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
salt and pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley or 2 tsp dried parsley
