Class 4 Science | Chapter: Matter
🌟 What is Matter?
Matter is anything that takes up space and has weight. Everything around us is made of matter!
🔍 Types of Matter:
1. *Solids*: Have a fixed shape and volume.
Examples: Book, Chair, Pencil
2. *Liquids*: Take the shape of their container.
Examples: Water, Juice, Milk
3. *Gases*: Spread out to fill their container.
Examples: Air, Helium in balloons
🔬 Fun Experiments:
Fill a balloon with air (gas)
Pour water (liquid) into different containers
Observe a solid (like ice) melting into liquid
🌈 Matter is Everywhere!
From the air we breathe to the food we eat, matter is all around us!
