Pace – Trezeguet does not have the pace to break away from defences unfortunately and I would recommend putting a chemistry style on him that will give a boost in the pace category. However, I did notice the pace increase compared to his Prime Icon card and because of his attack positioning he was still able to make runs in behind.

Dribbling – This Icon Moments has received a big boost in his agility and balance stats compared to his Prime Icon and it is noticeably better in game. However, like his pace it is more of an improvement to make the card usable and they are still a weakness of the card. His dribbling also was a little slow at times unless you knocked the ball forward whilst sprinting. A positive was his ball control which was good for me, he always managed to take a good first touch to stop the ball getting too far away from him. His reactions and composure were also great and never let me down in matches.

Shooting/attack positioning – Trezeguet is a true finisher inside the box with 99 stats in 3 shooting areas. 99 attack positioning as I mentioned before does make up a little for his lack of pace, as he can make intelligent runs through defensive backlines into space. In front of goal his 99 finishing allows him to put away most chances inside the box as he always looks to put the ball in the corners of the goal. Although his longshots are only 83, 96 shot power means that he can put the ball past the goalkeeper before they even have time to react and dive both from inside and outside the box. Trezeguet also has 99 volleys which is perfect and 86 penalties which is good enough in game.

Height/heading – at 6’2 with 93 heading accuracy and the power header trait, Trezeguet is an ideal target man to cross the ball into. Although he does only have 78 jumping which does impact him occasionally, Trezeguet seems to just dominate defenders in the air by physically battling for the ball. Sometimes he does not even need to jump and he still wins the header.

Passing – Short passing is the only positive in this area. His vision does impact the types of passes you can make and his long passing can be very inconsistent. 60 curve does impact his passing ability too and the passes you make with Trezeguet need to be direct without any defending players in the passing lane.

Defending – Trezeguet does not add anything defensively and I would not use him in any other position other than striker.

Physical – I have already mentioned his jumping as part of his overall heading ability. 86 stamina is good for an attacker and with a player like Trezeguet he is not the type of player you will be running with all game long. However, he does get tired towards the end of game and in extra time you might want to sub him off for another player. 87 strength is good to have as it allows you to hold players off to give you more time on the ball.

Skill moves and weak foot – Trezeguet does have 4 star skill moves and a 4 star weak foot which is an ideal minimum for any attacker in FIFA. Although I would not recommend using skill moves that often with him as you will notice his lower agility and balance combination. Having a 4 star weak foot is good to have though and it means you will not lose too much power or accuracy when shooting on his left foot.
