How it works:this tactic is for a 3 lane road the chase car will go in lane 1 lane 2 will be open with officers surrounding if needed lane 3 is where the radar car will be
How will this tactic be utilised:this will be part of the 1st degree in tactical training units will learn how to create a check point to look for wanted people
How will units know what car to chase and not to chase: the radar car in lane 3 will call "C" for chase and "NC" for not chase
