This machine is the arc down profile bending machine, is a general
equipment for profile bending forming. It can roll the circular spiral and
other workpieces, can also be rolled U-shaped profiles, through the
replacement of the mold can achieve a variety of profiles. Widely used in
boiler, chemical industry, mining, construction, shipbuilding and other
machinery industries.
Advantage：
1. the upper and lower mold are the main transmission, through the two lower shaft of the hydraulic cylinder forarc lifting movement, (the advantage can reduce the straight edge of the processing workpiece) the upper and lower mold through the gear and reducer crack cooperation circular movement, compact structure, convenient operation and maintenance.
2.The transmission of the upper and lower mold is realized by the motor through the reducer. The gear at the output shaft end of the reducer and the gear at the end of the mold mesh to the lower mold, so as to drive the rotation of the lower mold. The transmission of the upper mold is realized through excessive gear.
3.Idler device: idler device is a kind of assembly when the workpiece is
extended through the mold to prevent the deformation of the
workpiece , the roller of the nut to adjust the fixed distance, the Angle
