This workout will burn approx 600 calories
Part 1: (50:10) (repeat 2x)
1) chair lunges
2) box jump burpees
3) 2 switch lunges, 4 x jacks, 2 switch lunges
4) KB swings
5) knee touch mountain climbers
Part 2: (50:10) (repeat 2x)
1) step up, knee up, 2 switch lunges (right leg)
2) elevated pushup with knee tuck
3) step up, knee up, 2 switch lunges (left leg)
4) 4 tricep dips, 4 tricep pushups
5) 1 squat jump, 4 bicep curls
6) 4 back flies, 4 plank rows
7) hip thrust (right leg)
8) 4 squat jumps, 1 front raise, 1 lateral raise
9) hip thrust (left leg)
10) ball rotation
Part 3: (30:10) (go through this once)
1) jugglers
2) swivel plank
3) mtn climbers
4) reverse plank
5) jugglers
6) elevated side plank (right side)
7) 1/2 burpee, tuck jump
8) elevated side plank (left side)
9) V hold
Part 4: Tabata (20:10 for 4 min)
plank hop/ lateral hop combo
