Описание: Bukit Berkeh is a hill located in Perak, near Kampung Bawong of Sungai Siput. It is 454 meters tall and offers a 360 degree view of Sungai Siput and it surrounding area and if you are lucky enough you will be blessed with full of Awan Karpet


Best timing for hiking:

03:30am for slow pace and big group
04:30am for moderate pace with small group
05:30am for those with high horse power

There is NO transportation available to Kampung Bawong except your own or carpool

The trail head is located at GPS: 4.997746, 101.144981 (maps). Coming from Ipoh, it is about 60km away and take about 1 to 1.5 hours of driving to reach.


The trail up Bukit Berekeh involves walking through plantations (for the most part) and can get confusing because there are multiple diversion. The way up Bukit Berekeh is loosely marked by trail tape markers. Do keep a consistently lookout for them. Fortunately, the trail up Bukit Berekeh summit is mapped on Google Maps and can be relied on to reference.
