4 Cloves
1 Bay Leaf
3 Green Cardmom
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Black Cardmom
¼ Nutmeg
1 Tsp Crushed Coriander
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
⅕ Tsp Salt
150gr Curd
1 Handful Coriander Leaves
