Shavon Shields fell and landed on his back/neck and was unconscious for a few seconds after going up for a block. This is how the horrific accident sounded on the Huskers Sports Network. He was carried off the court on a stretcher and sent to the hospital where he was later released within a few hours of checking in.
I do not own any of the audio or footage. Video right belong to ESPN and Audio rights belong to the Huskers Sports Network.
