TuiFly Boeing 767-300 at Vaasa airport (13 HOURS LATE)

Описание: My first ever widebody catch at Vaasa airport!

A charter flight to Espargos in Cape Verde operated by G-OBYG that was supposed to leave Vaasa at 5:30 (AM) in the morning but because of technical problems with the aircraft it became delayed with 13 hours while being repaired in Gothenburg, instead the the plane arrived at Vaasa around 16:30 (4:30PM) and left Vaasa around 19:30 (7:30PM).

During those hours the passengers got taken by buses to wait at Tropiclandia (A hotel/waterpark in Vaasa), some went home and waited there, and some stayed at the airport the entire time. I hope they will have a good vacation in Cape Verde this week despite the huge delay.

I was originally going to film this on the 30th of January when these passengers would return from Cape Verde but now I dont need to because I have already filmed it :)
Boeing 767-300 is also the biggest plane to have visited Vaasa, although not the first time 767 visits Vaasa, back in 2011 when TuiFly, or Thomson back then flew Boeing 767-300s from Vaasa to Phuket in Thailand.

And since no bigger plane has been to Vaasa it still has the throne.

UPDATE! Not anymore, it has been pushed down to 4th place by a Privilege Style Boeing 777-200, Hifly Airbus A330-200 and TuiFly Boeing 787-8.
